Comparing Two Right Declarations

The similarities between Te Tiriti o Waitangi and The Universal Declaration of Human Rights are equality, they both talk about rights and no discrimination, they both have articles, and you're allowed to own things, as they both state. Things that are different about the two declarations are that in The Universal Declaration of Human Rights they state your allowed to own things without anyone having rights over it but in Te Tiriti o Waitangi they state everything belongs to the Crown. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has 30 articles whereas Te Tiriti o Waitangi only has 3. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights says there's no unfair detainment and in Te Tiriti o Waitangi it's never mentioned. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was written for the ''Universe'' and Te Tiriti o Waitangi it's between the English Crown and Maaori.
